Puppy Sales & Availability

All puppies offered by Jeanie’s Minis are sold as companion pets unless otherwise stated in writing. Puppy availability, pricing, and placement are determined at the sole discretion of Jeanie’s Minis.

Submitting an inquiry, application, or deposit does not guarantee the availability of a specific puppy until confirmed by Jeanie’s Minis.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and payments made toward a puppy are non-refundable. Deposits secure a puppy or placement position and remove that puppy from public availability.

Payments may be made via approved methods, including but not limited to:
• Cash
• PayPal
• Cash App
• Approved third-party financing providers

By submitting payment, the buyer agrees to all policies posted on this website.

Health Guarantee

Jeanie’s Minis provides a one (1) year genetic health guarantee covering genetic conditions that result in the death of the puppy, as outlined in the Health Guarantee page.

This guarantee expires on the puppy’s first birthday. No guarantees are provided beyond this timeframe.

No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstance. Approved claims may result in a replacement puppy of equal value when available, subject to breeding schedules.

Veterinary Care & Buyer Responsibility

Once a puppy leaves Jeanie’s Minis, all veterinary care, expenses, and responsibilities transfer fully to the buyer.

Failure to provide proper care, nutrition, or veterinary attention voids any health guarantee.

No Returns or Exchanges

Jeanie’s Minis does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for puppies once payment has been made, except as specifically outlined in the Health Guarantee policy.

Shipping & Delivery

If transportation or delivery is arranged, Jeanie’s Minis is not responsible for delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control once the puppy is in the care of a third-party transporter.
