Deposit & Refund Policy

All deposits and payments made to Jeanie’s Minis are non-refundable.

Deposits are required to reserve a specific puppy and remove that puppy from availability. Once a deposit is placed, the puppy is considered sold and will not be offered to other buyers.

Deposits
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Deposits are non-transferable to another puppy
• Deposits may not be transferred to future litters

Payments & Refunds
• No monetary refunds will be issued once any payment has been made
• This includes deposits, partial payments, or full payments
• Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, personal circumstances, or delays beyond the breeder’s control

Exception – Genetic Health Guarantee

In the rare event a puppy passes away within one (1) year of birth due to a proven genetic condition, and written veterinary documentation is provided, a replacement puppy of equal value will be offered when available.
• No cash refunds will be issued
• Replacement timing depends on breeding schedules and availability

Agreement

Placing a deposit or making any payment toward a puppy from Jeanie’s Minis constitutes full acceptance of this policy, regardless of payment method, including cash, PayPal, Cash App, or approved third-party financing providers.

Professional Communication & Non-Disparagement Policy

Jeanie’s Minis is committed to maintaining respectful, professional, and transparent communication with all puppy families.

Any questions, concerns, or issues regarding a puppy must be communicated directly and privately with Jeanie’s Minis to allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Public statements, posts, reviews, comments, or social media content that are false, misleading, defamatory, or damaging to Jeanie’s Minis, its reputation, or business practices are not permitted.

Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in forfeiture of deposits, voiding of replacement guarantees, and termination of any remaining contractual obligations, as further detailed in the buyer’s signed Puppy Purchase Contract.
