Health Guarantee

Jeanie’s Minis provides a one (1) year genetic health guarantee covering genetic conditions that result in the death of the puppy. This guarantee is valid from the puppy’s date of birth and expires on the puppy’s first birthday.

In the rare event that a puppy passes away within one (1) year due to a proven genetic condition, the buyer must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming that the cause of death was genetic in nature.

Required documentation must include:
• Veterinarian’s name and clinic information
• A written diagnosis stating the condition was genetic
• Date of examination and/or necropsy findings (if applicable)

If the claim is approved:
• No monetary refund will be issued
• A replacement puppy of equal value will be offered when available
• Replacement timing is dependent on breeding schedules and availability

This health guarantee does not extend beyond the puppy’s first birthday. Conditions not confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian as genetic causes of death are not covered.

Professional Communication & Non-Disparagement Policy

Jeanie’s Minis is committed to maintaining respectful, professional, and transparent communication with all puppy families.

Any questions, concerns, or issues regarding a puppy must be communicated directly and privately with Jeanie’s Minis to allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Public statements, posts, reviews, comments, or social media content that are false, misleading, defamatory, or damaging to Jeanie’s Minis, its reputation, or business practices are not permitted.

Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in forfeiture of deposits, voiding of replacement guarantees, and termination of any remaining contractual obligations, as further detailed in the buyer’s signed Puppy Purchase Contract.
